What you'll need
2 oz vodka
1 oz triple sec
3 oz cranberry juice
Fresh lime juice
1 tsp maple syrup
Fresh cranberries for garnish
White Chocolate Peppermint Rimmer
Preparation
Coat the rim of a chilled martini glass with maple syrup then roll in White Chocolate Peppermint.
Add vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, squeeze of lime and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake.
Strain into your rimmed glass and garnish with fresh cranberries.

Fruit Cake Cocktail with Gingerbread Rimmer
What you'll need
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce Amaretto
1/2 ounce dark rum or brandy
maraschino cherries
1 orange slice
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 dashes ginger bitters
1 oz simple syrup
2 ounces apple cider
Gingerbread Glass Rimmer
Garnish:
orange slice & peel rolled
Maraschino cherries
candied ginger
Preparation
1. Rim glass on one side with gingerbread rimmer.
2. In the bottom of a shaker, muddle together maraschino cherries & orange slice.
3. Fill shaker 2/3 with ice and pour in, spirits, lemon juice, apple cider, ginger bitters & simple syrup. Shake well.
4. Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
5. Garnish with orange peel, candied ginger & maraschino cherries. -

What you'll need
1 oz orange syrup (the peel from 1 orange, ½ cup sugar, ½ cup water)
2 oz gin
4 oz tonic water
Fresh cranberries, pine, or rosemary sprigs for garnish
Preparation
To make orange simple syrup: simmer peel, sugar and water in a pot over medium-low heat until fully dissolved, then fully cooled.
Coat the rim of a glass glass with simple syrup then roll in Cranberry Spruce Spritz.
Fill glass with ice. Add orange syrup and gin, and top with tonic water. Gently stir and garnish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary or pine.
